Re: ISHNE Membership

	Over month of April 2006 many of you participated in our ISHNE Virtual 
Symposium on Heart Failure or you might have had an opportunity to 
participate in one of our prior virtual symposia (Atrial Fibrillation, ARVD, 
LQTS, etc?) or in other educational sessions conducted throughout the world. 
ISHNE is an international society devoted to advancing education and science 
in cardiology and we are pleased to inform you that our activity is growing 
in all dimensions. 
As further expansion of our activity we recently added the option of the 
Continuous Medical Education (CME) credits to our virtual symposia and  until 
the end of October 2006 there will be a possibility to earn 10 1-hour CME 
credits after taking and passing a 50-question test certifying knowledge 
coming from lectures and presentation at Virtual Heart Failure Symposium.

	We would like to take this opportunity to offer you free membership of ISHNE, 
which will further enrich your opportunities to take advantage of ISHNE 
numerous initiatives. You might be surprised that we are not requesting a 
membership fee. Our approach to offer free membership relates to the ISHNE 
concept of widespread access to education without borders and without 
additional costs by ISHNE members.
